FILAMENT SPOOL ROTARY HOLDER - FOR 3D PRINTERS

The goal of this project was to design a spool holder strong enough to hold a 3Kg filament spool from Polymaker.

I designed to parts that can be assembled around two skateboard bearing with a screw through their axle. The weight of the spool goes directly on the bearing, making it easier to rotate the spool during the print.

Once assembled, the two parts make a groove that make the spool stay in place.
